GAMESCOM 2025 - Wargaming still doens't care about its players and still can't take critics after all these years.

Yeah, yeah... the mighty Wargaming was in GAMESCOM 2025.

"We have the biggest and most important update in the history of World of Tanks".

The biggest and most important thing for me - is that nothing changed in Wargaming's attitude toward the players. If this company were a plant, it would have been a mimosa full of thorns, if you can imagine something like that. They didn't in fact grew, never grew.

They started the GAMESCOM's  WoT stream on Twitch with a RENTED PC that had the wrong audio settings for streaming... anything. Imagine a company who squeezed money from its enormous player base wordwide by selling crap products through false advertising, selling OP products which wrecked havoc in the game, then nerfed them. They didn't came prepared as they should, didn't bring  a PC of their own, instead they rented a random f&cking PC and started to stream from it. At the anniversary of the f&cking 15 years of WoT!

For a while people complained about the background noise, which was extremely annoying. The guy who did the stream tried several times to find the correct audio settings (while playing World of Tanks and read the chat at the same time), and after some 20 minutes he finally managed to settle it, but without the in game sound. Yeah, that "much" respect you have for your viewers, Wargaming...

Much later it came the time for the bonus/premium codes. Should I tell you that I was not surprised when the same streaming guy started to read the codes extremely fast, doing Wargaming's bidding? Just a few guys managed to insert them, the rest of the viewers got 'invalid code'. Because that's Wargaming at its core: give as little as possible and take as much as they can. Does anyone recall the fact that they were investigated for laundering money and also been accused of financing extremist and terrorist activities? They still are.

And the cherry on top was my timed out, right after I criticized them  politely in the chat for coming unprepared and doing this disappointing thing with the codes, in front of 29300 (at that time) people watching the stream. But because Wargaming guys are so despotic and also insecure, they can't take critics. Not. A. Single. One. Not even when they are expressed politely.

This is what I got:

... and I don't believe in coincidences. They never took well critics on World of Warships early web pages, so they moved all the comments in the forum, where they were able to censor them easily, or put their lackeys to ridicule everything when people complained about the game. The same thing was done in WoT forum. They never took well people's critics in the forum, back in the days when there was one. Now there's no forum, just a discord mumbo-jumbo. Nothing changed. Keep that in mind.

Next time you want to buy something from them, remember who you are dealing with, and whose pockets you fill.
